Goal

Have an almost final version of the integration between the EnKF and the Localization / ... code.

Tasks

• Alberto

  • Implement Localization / Inflation / Shrinkage
    • Code should accept (lazy) Dask arrays and return the same.
    • Array format is (nlat * nlon * ntime)^2.

• Cédric

  • Deliver working EnKF code, with plug-and-play slots for the localization code.
